We will contact legal representatives of the buyer immediately to request them for data, figures and comments necessary to prepare an updated Business Report. We will verify the real existence of the company, who the owners are, what the activity is, how do the facilities look like, how many people work there, how the borrowing capacity is, and particularly, if the company fulfills its obligations with the suppliers. We will check other private and public sources in order to complete the report. All these elements will help to determine if such company is eligible to be granted a credit.
